We are looking for an exceptional individual who can share their knowledge and skills with our customers.
This is a full-time role worked Sunday to Thursday.About the Role:Reporting to the Dispatch Manager, you will be working with trade and retail customers to fill their building material orders.
This will involve picking orders, using a forklift, loading customer orders, and writing up yard dockets.
This is a physical role which covers the retail store drive-thru.You will need to provide excellent customer service, helping to solve their issues and provide the best advice on the use of building materials.
You will keep a focus on health and safety, ensuring company health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.We are looking for someone who:Has a background in timber and building suppliesIs analytical and has an eye for detailIs customer-driven and strives for excellenceEnjoys selling and interacting with people, and is down to earthMust hold a current forklift license (F endorsed)Is physically fitLoves DIY and enjoys sharing their knowledge with othersIs health and safety focusedAs part of our commitment to health and safety, all new team members must undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.If you have the ability to engage with our customers and work through their DIY or large-scale projects with them efficiently, then we would love to hear from you.
