Here, you can really make a difference by empowering your team to deliver exceptional service.The role:You will be responsible for managing the trade area for customers - getting to know the customers by name and using your expertise to help with their projectsLeadership of your own dedicated trade team of 12, responsible for orders, central sales, and account managementAccountable for managing trade service delivery, merchandise activities, sales, stock management, cost management and productivityQuickly resolve opportunities to improve the operation and ensure communication channels are kept open at all timesOversee health and safety in all areas of your divisionAbout you:You are passionate about the building and construction sector - proven experience in building materials is advantageousYou're practical in nature, a natural networker, proven to build strong relationships and get the best out of a teamYou are hands on and thrive in environments where you can lead by exampleYou are tenacious, highly motivated and ready for your next challengeYou must be available to work 7.00am until 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.Benefits:On offer is a competitive salary package which will be tailored to attract a high calibre candidate.
