Join us in our mission to enable exceptional outcomes through support every step of the way, from concept to construction.About the RoleWe are currently looking for a Trade Customer Service Representative to join our Hamilton Warehouse.You will be responsible for:Acting as 2IC to the Warehouse Team Leader, assuming leadership and managing operations independently in the absence of the Team LeaderWarehousing (Warehouse Management System)Picking and packing orders using RF Smart Pick / Stock Control SystemCollectionsStocktaking and inventory management including stocktakes, SKU counts, Bin Organisation and Inventory transfersSales and directly engage with customers at the Trade Counter providing world-class level customer serviceSystem / process improvementAdhoc deliveriesMaintaining an organised warehousePlaying a proactive role in H&S management and assisting in incident investigationsParticipating in auditsTo be considered for this role, you will need:2+ years experience using an RF Scanner when picking / packingProven experience using WMS or equivalentLeadership skills and experienceA full or restricted drivers licenceForklift licenceProficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft OfficeA reasonable level of physical fitness as heavy lifting and manual handling is requiredEffective communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional customer service skillsStrong organisation and time managementAn eye for detailA professional, bubbly, and customer focused attitudeAble to problem solve and work to time framesSelf motivated, reliable and punctual work ethicThis is a full time position working 47.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.If you're ready to take your career to the next level, apply now to become a part of the Cirtex family.
