This is a full-time permanent role that offers a professional development opportunity.
Our client operates a small friendly, family-style business in Dunedin. Operating in the commercial, domestic and agricultural space, the business is primarily focused on installing and servicing water filtration systems, pumps, and solar systems.
Ideally, you will have a background that includes workshop repairs, installations, maintenance, and customer interactions. This role is based both in the workshop and in the field.
Training will be provided - you will be required to complete online modules and self-directed learning to build your knowledge of products and services.

Job Overview Key tasks:
Onsite installation, repair, and maintenance – includes diagnosing errors, testing, solution finding
Repairs/maintenance (workshop based)
Provide a high level of customer service - face-to-face, phone or email, ensuring requests are responded to and prioritised as appropriate.
Full training provided.
Requirements Mechanically minded – Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing skills would be an advantage
An ability and desire to learn new information and develop skills
Communication skills - verbal and written.
An ability to follow instructions, procedures/protocols
Adherence to Health and Safety requirements.
Current clean, full NZ driver's license
