You'll play a key role in planning, coordinating and executing our promotional strategies that drive our success and strengthen our position in the market.This role will give you the opportunity to:Lead the creation and management of the annual promotional calendar, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and evolving market needs.Oversee the promotional planning cycle from strategy to execution.Conduct regular promotional strategy meetings, share updates and insights to support informed decision-making and alignment across the team.Connect with stores through regular visits and open communication to understand store-level challenges and opportunities to shape future campaigns.Drive the conversation on promotional strategy, championing new ideas and building collaborative plans.About youBeing able to negotiate and collaborate across various departments and levels is critical for this role. Additionally, we're looking for someone with:A successful track record in marketing or promotions, with specific experience in retail or a similar industry.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and timelines effectively.Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is also capable of driving initiatives independently.A relevant tertiary qualification such as a B.Com in Marketing is highly desirable.Don't Meet Every Requirement?
