A bit about the role…
We are looking for a Trade Account Manager Support Team Member to join us. This is a permanent position, working Monday – Friday, based at our Whakatu Trade Distribution Centre.
In this role you will work closely with the Trade Account Managers making sure that the customer experience is seamless, and orders are processed and filled in a timely manner. You'll spend your day keying orders, checking stock and order quantities, calling customers and suppliers, and sales administration. Overall, you'll be customer focused and will always provide exceptional service.
A bit about you…
You will ideally have:

Excellent communication skills and a 'can do' attitude.
The ability to work well both within a team environment and independently.
Experience in administration and accurate data entry skills
Excellent computer skills
Strong attention to detail
The ability to multi-task
A natural ability to provide excellent customer service.
Knowledge of building materials and timber products would be a bonus.
