Tractor Driver Farm Worker

Highfield Farm Holdings – Rakaia, South Island
Highfield Farm is a 2500 Haintensive cropping, vegetable, and dairy farm in Canterbury, New Zealand.
Position Overview We are looking for an experienced fixed-term farm worker to join our cropping team from Monday, January 6th, 2025, for the summer harvest until approximately March 30th.
Responsibilities Operating a tractor and auger loading silos with wheat and barley.
Back up tractor and trailer driver.
Cleaning silos and equipment plus other farm jobs.
Location Located between Ashburton, Methven, and Rakaia in Mid-Canterbury. Approximately 1 hour drive south of Christchurch.
Minimum Requirements NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa (We cannot sponsor you).
Must speak fluent English.
Have your own transport.
The ability to work long hours and weekends.
A full NZ driver's license or equivalent international driver's license.
John Deere tractor driving and farm engineering experience.
Able to work well with others in a team and also alone.
