We are now looking for a TPM / Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team, reporting through to the Brewery Director.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across the Pride Brewery along with leading the delivery of strategic planning & initiatives, capability-building, optimisation, and value creation.
This role is key to setting future strategy and delivering The Pride's performance.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
