For you, that means taking personal responsibility for solving customer problems by repairing or refitting replacement glass and other Autoglass products. It calls for a combination of strong technical skills and outstanding customer service. You will adhere to the right fitting standards (both Belron standards and standards set by the Institute of the Motor Industry), while keeping customers informed and remaining open, professional and personable at all times. You will also have opportunities to:Learn about other Autoglass productsActively develop your skills and knowledgeSupport and mentor new team membersRole RequirementsAutoglass offers a full suite of training for our technicians, however the following qualifications are desired, along with a genuine commitment to excellent customer service even when the work is challenging.
