In this full time, permanent role you will be responsible for assisting with providing an enjoyable theatre experience and efficient and friendly service to the community and visitors to the I-Site.
About the role: This role involves providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond for patrons of the Gaiety theatre and visitors to the I-Site. You will also provide administrative support in the management of all aspects of the I-Site.
About you: You will have outstanding customer service skills, ensuring that visitors have a positive and memorable experience. You will be versatile as this role involves juggling responsibilities between the Gaiety Theatre and I-Site.
