Position :  Tour Group Sales Manager Responsibilities: Develop strong relationships with tour leaders, bus drivers, and tour operating companies. Handle all tour bookings and confirmations. Provide tour leaders with detailed product and promotion information to boost sales. Ensure every tour group has an exceptional shopping experience and actively striving to increase sales. Maintain a detailed database to track tour group sales leads, inquiries, lost business, and sales revenue. Provide regular status reports as needed.  Oversee the recruitment, training and management of sales staff. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of one year of work experience in the tourism industry, specifically in tourism retail or as a tour leader, or tour operator. Prior experience in retail sales is required. Public relations skills are essential for the role. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, along with proficiency in English. Strong communication skills, approachable demeanor, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
