The Opportunity; We're on the hunt for confident Tour Dispatcher to join us to cover weekends!
This role involves being the 'go-to' person for our Great Sights tours.
You'll welcome passengers, direct them to the correct coach and driver, confirm lunch orders with the supplier, and be in contact with the Entrada contact centre.
You'll also assist drivers when they call with queries, and if needed, cover during the week!
This role is permanent part-time, with hours being 6am-10.30am Saturday and Sunday.
Team Ritchies; Ritchies is one of Aotearoa New Zealand's leading passenger transport companies with a team of more than 2,000 people providing coach and charter services right across the country.
We partner with regional councils and schools to supply public transport services as well as offering a range of bus and coach hire services to businesses and the general public.
You would be joining us at an exciting time in Ritchies' history as we gear up to decarbonise our fleet and move to a more sustainable public transport model.
