Details of the offer

As our TTM Manager, you will lead multiple staff and perform some hands on work. You will be responsible for coaching and being a role model to a team, directing them to get the job done. Other responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain programmes to maximise utilisation of Traffic Management resources to worksites, including minimisation of idle/downtime
Complete site condition ratings and other auditing for compliance
Oversee Temporary Traffic Management team members and sub-contractors
Provide technical advice when required, ensuring advise aligns with legislation and industry standards
Ensure all works are carried out with a safety-first approach
What you'll bring to the table To be successful in the role, our ideal candidate will have a STMS CAT A/B Non Practicing qualification or similar, in addition to demonstrated operational experience in a Temporary Traffic Management role. Other desirable skills and experience includes:
Understanding of current Traffic Management legislation and industry standards
Experience overseeing and managing a team
Current class 1 licence; class 2 with WTR endorsements is desirable
First aid certificate
Excellent organisation and communication skills
