(TM1009) Dynamics 365 F&O Practice ManagerAuckland, New Zealand | $190,000.00 - 200,000.00 Per MonthMy client is seeking a Practice Manager to join their successful and expanding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations practice based in Auckland.
You will be responsible for leading and managing their consulting and development, managing the ongoing relationship with their customers, and promoting the expansion of the F&O platform with their customer base.
You will: Manage the organisational structure of the F&O practice, driving practice initiatives and supporting growth of the practiceWork closely with F&O pillar leader to set and drive practice directionProvide the practice with direction and leadership focused on continuous improvement and new initiatives that support direction and practice growthSupport the sales executives with pre-sales engagement, providing implementation guidance and thought leadershipSupport the consulting manager and team leads with leadership, guidance, and mentoring to ensure they have the platform that enables them to do their jobs wellProvide expert advice and thought leadership to customers, in both pre and post-sales engagements; provide professional presentations on solution approach and leading practicesEnsure consulting services estimates are commercially viableActively engage with customer sponsors in governance meetings, providing risk mitigation and expert advice to support customer objectivesWork closely with customers to ensure expectations are being met, and escalated issues resolved amicablyLead and manage product development initiatives, working with relevant technical leads and architects to design and implement new and innovative products and solutions.You will need: 5 years in a leadership role with a number of direct reports5-8 years minimum in a similar client-facing role5-8 years minimum in a technical support and/or software implementation type roleExcellent Customer Service skillsThe ability to provide great service to large enterprise/corporate clientsThe ability to communicate effectively at all levelsAbility to provide leadership and guidance to other team membersA relevant Tertiary qualification preferred.
