Job Description Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We have an opportunity for a fixed term Timetabling and Enrolment Coordinator to join our Timetable and Enrolment team to help us deliver an exceptional enrolment experience to our students.
You will join a team of Coordinators and Advisers focused on providing support across our timetabling and enrolment functions.
The role is varied and could involve working on timetable data collection, course and class set-up, room bookings, enrolment compliance and enrolment processing.
Coordinators will have specific areas of focus but will also need to work together to complete the tasks required and proactively resolve timetabling and enrolment issues.
The role is full-time,?37.5 hours per week on a fixed term contract from mid-February 2025 – 31st August 2025. The remuneration is $62,400 - $66,800 per annum dependent on skills and experience.

Previous timetable experience is not a requirement for the role.

• Experience with a student management or equivalent system.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• A commitment to continuous improvement.
