We work with our teams, guiding them toward success and we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate must be able to work weekday, weekends, and when extra hours are needed.Don't have jewellery experience?

We will provide you with training.The Role:Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and cultureAchieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store targetContribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing "can-do" attitudeSupport your teamFocus on attention to detail, diligence, and maximising efficiency and timeUnderstand and execute back-of-house paperwork and proceduresActively promote the store through in-store merchandising, displays, and other activitiesAbout you:Sales experience is required, you must be a real sales "superstar"You will be confident and enthusiastic - a people personYou will be professionally presented and well-spokenShow an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and inquiriesHave enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty, and pride in the storeWe're after someone who can show initiative, has a strong customer service focus and intelligence, with a punctual and driven character.
