Three Waters Civil Engineer/Project Manager Draintech BOP are a locally owned and operated civil construction business, specialising in 3 Waters infrastructure, pipelaying, sewer, stormwater and water reticulation, delivering high quality work across a wide range of civil construction projects. Draintech are the premier 3 Waters provider in the Eastern Bay of Plenty with a 30 year history of building local infrastructure.

Due to the retirement of our esteemed company founder and civil engineer, Draintech is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced manager to continue his success in tendering and project management.
This will be a diverse and interesting role based in Whakatane, working on projects across the Eastern Bay of Plenty. You will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery from pricing and bidding for work through to monitoring and providing guidance to foremen on site. You will have a keen eye for detail and complete QA through the project to ensure a quality job. Projects are generally in the 3 Waters space but can include earth moving, concreting, asphalting along with a diverse range of Civil projects either through our own crews or sub-contractors.
To be successful in this role you will require:
Proven experience in a project management role, ideally with experience overseeing 3 Waters projects
Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, construction or drainlaying
Good understanding of the practical aspects of 3 Waters i.e. materials, methodology, plant.
Experience in pricing and submitting tenders with weighted attributes.
