Free lunch! Pick whatever you would like to have on hand, and we will put it on our grocery order.

The opportunity to bring your pet to work.

If you're motivated to learn and work hard, opportunities for advancement abound. Many members of our team have moved up over the years: a Technician is now the company's Technical Lead and our CEO began as our Marketing Coordinator! Our turnover is low - our average length of service is four and a half years - because we genuinely enjoy what we do and working here. Our 2024 employee satisfaction score (eNPS) was 55, significantly above the industry average and considered "excellent". We strive to help our employees reach their full potential and have fun while they are doing it.
