Through integration and collaboration, we're building a health system underpinned by partnership, equity, sustainability, whanau-centred care, and excellence.About the roleAs a Theatre Suite Assistant, you will be involved in the following:Supporting our nurses and other members of the healthcare teamPatient handling and transfersTransporting specimens and bloodCleaning of department and communal facilities dailyRestocking and setting up of equipmentAnswering phones, and much more!About you:We are seeking applications from those with previous health care experience, and from those who are dynamic, outgoing, friendly and can demonstrate a high level of initiative. You will be committed to high standards of practice, be well organised and have excellent communication skills. You will be a team player and able to work with a diverse range of people as part of our Perioperative team.It is important that candidates are motivated, flexible, have a level of maturity about them and of course plenty of enthusiasm.
