About the Role
Our client is seeking skilled Theatre Nurses to provide exceptional care across a variety of surgical specialties. Their facility includes an advanced post-operative ward with specialised nurses trained to offer enhanced levels of monitoring and care. Some of your Key Responsibilities will include:

Deliver high-quality nursing care in the operating theatre for Orthopaedics and General surgeries.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the operating theatre.
Assist in the preparation, management, and care of patients undergoing surgery.
Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Skills and Experience

Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand.
Ideally 24 months of theatre nursing experience, particularly in Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, General Surgery, Urology, and Plastics.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with the Da Vinci robot is a plus, though full training can be provided.
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
