Part-time 0.5 FTE Scheduling Clerk, Orthopaedics

We are looking for a team player, an enthusiastic, highly organised and self-motivated administrator to join our orthopaedic booking and scheduling team on a part-time basis.
This is an exciting, dynamic role where you can make a difference, based at North Shore Hospital. The role involves:

Scheduling outpatient clinic and surgery appointments
Management of waitlists
Liaising with whanau requiring appointments
Supporting the pursuit of Maori health gain and achieving equitable health outcomes for Maori

You must have good computer literacy and data skills, along with excellent communication skills as you will liaise with a variety of key stakeholders within our team and with staff of the wider Waitemata District Health Board. Experience in an administrative role in the health sector and IPM system is preferred but full training will be given. Excellent spoken and written English and attention to detail are essential.
