Test Automation Lead

This role's primary responsibility will be the development and integration of test automation frameworks and automated tests to support rapid delivery of new products, features and other system changes into production.
You will also need to get involved with some hands-on development, so whilst you will approach work with a tester's mindset, you'll also need to be confident programming!
About the successful candidate: strong written and oral communication skills the ability to work both individually and within a team customer-focused with a business-outcome approach to work programming experience: C# .NET Core (APIs / micro-services cloud-based architecture) Experience with Laravel/Lumen, EmberJS, or NodeJS w/ Express knowledge of both TDD and BDD test conditions (Gherkin) Key responsibilities will include: analysis of software requirements to create effective automated tests development and maintenance of test automation frameworks execution of test scripts and test cases investigation of test failures and generation of detailed failure/bug reports conducting manual testing where required identify opportunities for test automation, implement and maintain automated test systems identify opportunities for system and process improvement Please note that this role is only open to candidates who already have the right to work in New Zealand and who currently reside here.
