Test Analyst (Azure) - Outside Ir35 - Reading/Remote

My client is a leading utility company, aiming to build out their testing capabilities with the introduction of six new Test Analysts.
Test Analyst Responsibilities Understanding of Requirements to Test Scenarios mapping
Fundamental understanding of Test functionalities
Ability to analyze the Test Evidences and results (where 3rd Parties are providing evidences)
Azure DevOps expertise
Good to have - Understanding of Test Policy
Good to have - Understanding of Change process
