Learners celebrate their successes and achievements, growing their independence, confidence and resilience.Literacy Aotearoa is looking for a highly motivated idividual to work in our Dannevirke site. We have an opportunity as a part-time Site Coordinator/Administrator for ten (10) hours per week initially with the possibility of these hours being increased in 2024.The Site Coordinator/Administrator position is responsible for learner, programme and tutor coordination as well as administration at the local delivery site. They work closely with their reporting manager, the regional delivery team and as part of the national organisation to build strong relationships and has the ability and skills to coordinate learning opportunities for learners in the local community and in workplaces.To be successful in this role you will be a positive and effective leader who can motivate and connect with people at all levels. You will need to be adaptable and well organised to thrive in a varied work environment.
