An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Territory Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and promote our home brand (Bizline) across our branch network in the South Island.
Reporting to the Export Sales Manager Oceania, this role will contribute to the achievement of area sales and profitability targets through the effective management of our team.
You will be responsible for: Developing market studies in order to find new opportunities for Bizline.
Following the product development process with the French marketing team.
Ensuring quality process is fully controlled and increase sales by promoting Bizline products in branches.
Merchandising Ideal branches to increase Bizline visibility and reputation.
Assisting the Sales team by organizing technical days in branches.
Establishing a marketing plan (sales forecasts, annual promotion, new product launches etc.)
Developing specific plans to ensure margin growth at all Ideal branches.
Organizing training sessions with the Sales team.
The successful candidate MUST have the following: MBA in International Business Degree or similar required.
Must be bilingual French/English as you will be the interface between Ideal and Bizline head office based in Paris.
Experience in the electrical industry (specifically in equipment and commodities for electricians).
Territory Sales and Marketing experience in this industry (ideally around an electrical network).
Flexibility to travel across the South Island as needed.
Previous experience working in a global company would be an advantage.
