Your competitive nature and enthusiasm make you a standout member of a team, providing constructive feedback on ways to improve.To be successful in this role, you should be:Confident and Engaging: You have a charismatic personality that allows you to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.Well-Connected: You come with an established network of contacts within the liquor industry, giving you a head start in expanding our portfolio's reach.Industry-Savvy: You possess a thorough knowledge of the liquor industry, particularly in selling to liquor stores and understanding what consumers are drinking.Competitive and Driven: You are motivated by targets and competition, consistently striving to achieve and exceed sales goals.Key Responsibilities:Territory Management: Maintain an effective call cycle to cover your territory efficiently, ensuring consistent and proactive engagement with clients.New Business Acquisition: Drive the expansion of Brix & Co by securing new ranging primarily into independent off-premise (liquor stores) and some on-premise (bars, restaurants) accounts.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.Support National Account Ranging & Promotions: Working alongside the internal team, support ranging efforts in cluster/regional key accounts within your territory.Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for Brix & Co and our portfolio, promoting our RTD brands and driving brand awareness in the market, including promotion and tastings.Experience & Qualifications:FMCG Industry Experience: Proven experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, particularly in selling liquor to liquor stores, is essential.Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in acquiring new business and achieving sales targets.Relevant Education: A degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.What We Offer:Autonomy and Flexibility: This role offers a high degree of autonomy with the opportunity to travel within your designated territory.Dynamic Team Environment: Work with a passionate leadership team that values innovation and collaboration.Exciting Growth Opportunities: Be part of a growing company with the chance to make a significant impact in the New Zealand market.How to Apply: If you are an energetic and passionate sales professional with a background in the liquor industry, we want to hear from you!
