Come work at the forefront of science - and help the brands you grew up with grow and evolve into the next generation.Job Description - Territory Sales Manager (2407029136W)Territory Sales ManagerThis position reports to Regional Sales Operations Manager and provides support to the Canterbury and South Canterbury Region.As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets within your assigned territory by implementing cycle plans, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with customer agreements.

Join us in shaping our future–and yours.What You Will DoKey Responsibilities:Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed sales targets by implementing effective cycle plans, closely monitoring customer performance, and ensuring alignment with agreed customer agreements.Territory Management: Develop and execute territory plans to optimize customer engagement and maximize business impact.
Ensure products and point-of-sale materials are strategically displayed in-store to drive sales.
Manage LAM budgets to deliver the best outcomes for the business.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, conducting regular business reviews to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Reporting and Administration: Manage the customer relationship management system (CRM) with accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and submit standard and ad hoc reports as required.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales Operations, Account teams, Business Managers, and fellow team members, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.QualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferred (Commerce focus) if no prior pharmacy or grocery industry experience.Previous experience as a Territory Manager is highly beneficial.Familiarity with FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or the pharmacy industry is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with both internal teams and external customers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results within tight deadlines.Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and drive sales performance.What's In It For YouPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
