This is a full-time opportunity to drive sales and lead a team of sales representatives in the Auckland region. As a key member of the sales organisation, you will be responsible for achieving ambitious revenue targets and positioning HANGZHOU Bright Win Technology Limited as the leading provider of high-quality health and wellness products in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accountsManage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to help them reach their full potentialAnalyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform decision-makingBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors and industry partnersCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and other departments to drive business growthRepresent HANGZHOU Bright Win Technology Limited at industry events, trade shows and other networking activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures and legal/regulatory requirementsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in a sales management or senior sales role, preferably in the health, wellness or consumer goods industryProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective leadership and strategic account managementExcellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with customersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive informed decision-makingFamiliarity with sales force automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systemsPassion for the health and wellness industry and a commitment to helping customers improve their well-beingWhat We OfferAt HANGZHOU Bright Win Technology Limited, we are dedicated to supporting the personal and professional growth of our employees.
