CopRice is looking to expand the Dairy team and would love to hear from experienced and respected candidates within the dairy industry.About the roleAs our Territory Sales Manager you will successfully drive the CopRice Dairy strategy including driving sales, and building & managing sustainable relationships with dairy farmers, key influencers and retail partners within your region. You will support best practice nutrition, best practice account management and be responsible for business development initiatives. This is a highly visible, client-facing role.This is a fixed term contract up to 12 months.Key responsibilities:Weekly call cycle with big customers/retailers, 4 weekly call cycle with smaller customers/retailers.Managing sales volumes, value and margins targets for the territoryProspecting, visiting dairy farmersOrganise and attend Fieldays, events, seminars, and conferencesCRM updating through SAPWork with CopRice's Nutrition team to understand the technical needs of Farmers.About youKey to success for this role will be excellent customer management, supporting the business to provide high levels of service, the ability to continuously grow our customer base and ability to execute offers out to the market.You will also have:5+ years sales experience in the dairy industry is essential; previous sales of animal health or nutrition products into the ruminant market would be highly regardedStrong business development and relationship building capabilitiesAbility to manage your own time and run your own call cycleStrong negotiation and influencing skills.This role requires you to be on the road often and working from home when not travelling.You must be comfortable working autonomously while actively contributing to the collaborative culture CopRice has built over the years.BenefitsCompany vehicle + fuel cardCompany Laptop + tablet + phoneSales Incentive PlanIs this the next step of your career you've been searching for?
