We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional to join their team based in either Central Otago or Southland. This role offers the opportunity to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and deliver outstanding service to their valued clients.
Responsibilities within the role: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targetsIdentify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the Southland regionMaintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer servicePresent and demonstrate equipment solutions to clients, tailoring proposals to meet their specific needsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfactionStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendationsRequirements for this role: Proven sales experience in the equipment or related industry is highly desirableStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with customersSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachPositive attitude - a go-getter that does not need to be told what to do and can work autonomouslyA valid and clean driver's license is requiredThe ability to travel 2-3 nights per week for customer visitsDay-to-day duties: As a Territory Sales Manager for construction equipment you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to their clients and growing their market share in Southland.
