This is a full-time Territory Manager role currently servicing Foodstuffs and Traditional Liquor stores across the Waikato/Taranaki Region. This is your chance to become part of a highly motivated team where your efforts will be recognized, appreciated, and rewarded.We are one of New Zealand's largest providers of sales and merchandising and service some of the largest and most well-known global brands such as Bic, Natures Organics, Simply Good Foods, and Chanui, just to name a few. We provide a range of services from merchandising, demonstrations, field sales, key account management, and so much more.Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:Maximizing sales revenue through activating promotional programmes.Effectively representing/selling and achieving core range targets as set for your Territory.Achieving agreed individual objectives and CRM management.Managing an effective call cycle, building trusting relationships with buyers and our clients.To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate:Sales experience required and thorough understanding of the FMCG Grocery Environment.Ability and examples of identifying and converting sales opportunities with strong selling skills.Excellent communication skills, computer and CRM skills, a great work ethic, and sense of humour.Be a resilient self-starter, team player, and have good priority planning skills.Ability to work successfully with multiple stakeholders, brands, and categories.We offer:A generous package including base salary, performance incentive, and company vehicle.Training and development to ensure you learn, grow, and achieve.A supportive, 'values'-based, team approach to business.A fun team where you can be yourself.To be successful, it's critical that you have a thorough understanding of the FMCG Grocery industry, the understanding of the Foodstuffs trading environment, and Territory experience.
