The Role
As the Territory Manager for the Waikato and BOP region, you'll be responsible for managing resellers and working with end-users to create push and pull through demand. You'll find a territory that has been consistently managed for many years while also finding opportunities for growth. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys progressing conversations with existing customers to find more value and also enjoys creating opportunities to get new accounts transacting. There's little truly cold business though as TRS are well recognised. You'll have high levels of autonomy to manage your territory while having support from a strong National Sales Manager and very collaborative sales team. Depending on where you're based you may choose to do 1-2 nights travel per month.

A down to earth and performance focused attitude
Proven track record in an Account or Territory Management role with a growth mindset
Strong examples of growing share of wallet
Background selling through resellers into a B2B trade/agri/technical industry
Ability to operate autonomously
Ideally from the agriculture, industrial, automotive or similar industry
Strong commercial acumen, understanding of margin and profitability
