Our commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction sets us apart, as we continue to grow and expand.We are currently seeking TWO enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Territory Managers, covering the regions of Auckland North/Northland and Auckland South/Waikato/Coromandel.The Role:As a Territory Manager, you will play a key role in managing relationships with both new and existing customers in your designated area. By fostering strong partnerships with off-premise accounts, you will ensure product availability and execute promotional and merchandising initiatives to support the growth of Premium Liquor.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts in your territory, ensuring regular visits and effective communicationImplement strategic call cycles to support stock replenishment and merchandising aligned with brand standardsDrive growth by securing new distribution opportunities and increasing visibility for our productsCollaborate with the internal team to provide clear customer details and ensure accurate pricingPrepare and submit detailed activity and result reports, including daily call logs, weekly plans, and monthly or annual territory performance summariesWhat We're Looking For:To excel in this role, you'll need to be:Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to work independently while staying results-drivenA skilled communicator, talented at building relationships and adapting to diverse customer needsStrategic and solution-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving and achieving sales goalsExperience & Skills Required:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsA proven ability to manage a dynamic workload and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentLiquor experience is not a necessity but more so a genuine passion for the liquor industry, paired with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for representing our brandThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys working with a variety of clients, and is eager to contribute to a growing business.
