This role is your chance to drive revenue growth and expand market share across a broad customer base that includes many of New Zealand's biggest retailers, as well as local specialists.
You'll develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify growth opportunities, and manage customer relationships.
Supported by an experienced National Sales Manager, you'll collaborate with our Sales, Product, and Marketing teams in Hamilton to achieve targets.
Additionally, you'll develop a deep understanding of our product range and represent our brands at events, and conduct product training and demonstrations.The Ideal CandidateWe're searching for an energetic sales star with at least 2 years of demonstrated remote sales experience in a similar role.
You are a strong communicator, and a confident public speaker and you excel at building effective relationships.
You are also comfortable and confident interpreting sales data and identifying market trends to inform decision making, grow sales, and collaborate with stores ensuring stock levels are appropriate and store layouts effective.

You will be ideally based within the Canterbury region although we will consider other South Island centres for the right person.
You will report to and have regular contact with our National Sales Manager.
