The RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales representative to manage our growing network of 204 outlets across the Northland, including Cape Reinga, Kaitaia, Mangonui, Ahipara, Whangarei, Waipoua, Waitangi, Dargaville, Mangawhai, Warkworth and surrounding area. This role spans across four key channels: Route, Oil, Grocery, and Liquor and will manage our growing network of 204 outlets across the Northland Region. Approximately 3 nights per month away from home due to the region's size. In this autonomous frontline sales role, you will be the face of Imperial, having commercial conversations with retailers to build and uncover new growth opportunities and build solid long-term relationships to achieve volume, distribution, share, and profit growth for Imperial Brands. The role reports to an Area Sales Manager. An inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.Principle AccountabilitiesDeliver on the business's KPI's across Key Accounts, Key Accounts Wholesale and Independent Retailers.Build an in-depth knowledge of customer needs and shopper dynamics.Partner with retailers, Independent and Wholesale outlets in your area, establishing excellent relationships within your territory.Build customer advocacy for our brands by educating retailers in the market and industry legislation.Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets within your defined area and ensure that our trade incentives and activities are put to the best use.Identify new business opportunities by having an enhanced knowledge of the category and shopper behaviour in-store.Skills and Experience RequiredProven experience in managing diverse outlet networks and establishing strong relationships across multiple channels.Strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities and driving alignment.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.Commercially driven, self-supportive, managing time and resources effectively.Able to use initiative and understand wider team goals and how you can impact them.What We OfferIn return for playing your part in building our future, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package with salary, including working with people with flexible mindset as well as inspiring places to work and collaborate with purpose.
