3Shape is offering a unique opportunity to take on the role of Territory Manager, New Zealand. This individual will be responsible for the total revenue across the 3Shape product portfolio in New Zealand. The position will report to Country Manager Australia & New Zealand, Simon Lund Jørgensen, and will ideally be based in Auckland.
The Territory Manager will be responsible for the direct management and development of 3Shape's partnerships with resellers in New Zealand. This is a role for an independent, dynamic, and self-driven sales manager, ideally with experience from dental/medical device industries. In this role, you will take ownership and develop the 3Shape brand in New Zealand, be a key part in defining the future sales strategy, and be responsible for building trust & confidence with our partners, end-users and key opinion leaders across the market.
Your focus Translating strategic objectives into actionable operational sales plans that enable commercial activities, funnel, sales numbers, with rigor and predictability;Drive business development for 3Shape in New Zealand, identify performance gaps and drivers, develop action plans and deploy resources as needed;Work closely with distributors and partners within New Zealand to drive alignment, execution, accountability and results;Understand customer needs and suggest changes in products / value proposition to meet these needs;Identify selling strategies and opportunities to increase revenue;Setting the yearly marketing plan supporting the resellers with trainings, events and congresses;Facilitate a great customer experience for 3Shape customers throughout the sales process;Your profile Minimum 3 years experience working with business development and salesMinimum a bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or an educational background in dental with a strong business acumenIndustry experience and/or knowledge of Medical Devices / Dental is desirableExperience with reseller account management, annual business planning, forecasting, budget tracking & resource utilizationExperience in developing standards and processes to manage the business effectively, including CRM and lead managementUnderstanding and have experience of working at an international company with strong corporate values and guidelinesFurthermore, we expect you to be Trustworthy with a strong personal accountability to do business 'the 3Shape way' with reference to the mission, vision and values of the companyAbility to develop business-oriented results with appropriate level of detail and keep the right people informedBe proactive and able to get things done in a timely mannerAnalytical and think in ways of strategy, structure and executionA business and sales developer – not an administratorWilling to travel (mainly domestic)Strong communicator and relationship builderAlways ready for change & thrive in a high paced environment with challenges with an 'can-do' attitudeRobust – the ability to enter a professional discussion and hold your own groundWe encourage all relevant applicants to apply.
