About the Role:
Managing a client base of merchants and hardware independents
Involvement in the full range of selling activities from account management, product training, presentations and in-store merchandising
Building strong and long-lasting relationships with customers
Executing regional sales plans to achieve revenue and sales profitability goals
Managing a large base of customers across the lower North Island (approximately five overnights per month)
About You:
You have experience selling into the merchant channel, or in a wholesale to retail environment
You have a proven track record of successful sales growth
You are physically fit and can support with in-store merchandising – some heavy lifting may be required
You are at a point in your career where you are looking to find an employer who can support your ambition and long-term career goals
You have excellent communication skills with the ability to present to customers as required
You are available for regional travel as required (five overnights per month)
