A proven history of building the capability of their team and retaining them long-term is what separates this company from other employers. On their behalf, I am searching for a Territory Manager to join their team and service their lower North Island customers! About the role: Managing a client base of merchants and hardware independentsInvolvement in the full range of selling activities from account management, product training, presentations and in store merchandisingBuilding strong and long-lasting relationships with customersExecuting regional sales plans to achieve revenue and sales profitability goalsManaging a large base of customers across the lower North Island (approximately five overnights per month) Managing a client base of merchants and hardware independentsInvolvement in the full range of selling activities from account management, product training, presentations and in store merchandisingBuilding strong and long-lasting relationships with customersExecuting regional sales plans to achieve revenue and sales profitability goalsManaging a large base of customers across the lower North Island (approximately five overnights per month)About you: You have experience selling into the merchant channel, or in a wholesale to retail environmentYou have a proven track record of successful sales growthYou are physically fit and can support with in store merchandising – some heavy lifting may be requiredYou are at a point in your career where you are looking to find an employer who can support your ambition and long-term career goalsYou have excellent communication skills with the ability to present to customers as requiredYou are available for regional travel as required (five overnights per month)Benefits:My client is offering an attractive package that includes salary, company vehicle and a generous commission scheme paid every quarter.
