You will be on the road for the majority of each day visiting your customers on a regular call cycle and driving growth.

Most importantly, you'll think strategically in your selling approach and understand your customer's needs - your forward-thinking approach will drive exceptional results for Alt New Zealand and for your customers alike.About YouProven work experience in Sales, Account Management, or Sales Manager (It's a big bonus if you have experience in FMCG - Territory management/Area management).Are you:A natural people's person, with the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders?A solution-based thinker with great communication skills?A tech-savvy self-starter, comfortable working autonomously?Excellent at time management with a keen eye for detail?An organised & efficient person with day-to-day tasks?An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure?A natural hunter with the drive to win new business and resilience to get you there?Prepared to visit customers on foot as well as via company car (some travel may apply)?A full New Zealand driver's licence holder?About the RoleDevelop long-term, strategic relationships with key customers to deliver outstanding service and support.Win new business in your territory.Monitor and analyse territory performance on a monthly/quarterly basis to seek opportunities & grow them.Deliver to volume & ranging KPI's.Understand our channel priorities and jump to action with exceptional planning and execution.Ensure compliance with in-store standards, prime positioning, and NZ regulations.Ensure execution of our commercial & strategic plans.Your application will include the following questions:Do you have Territory Management experience?Do you have account management experience?Do you have permanent work rights to work in New Zealand?Do you have a current full-time New Zealand driver's licence?How many years' experience do you have in a client services/account management role?Do you have FMCG experience?Is there anything in your history that could come up in a background check?
