Due to the novel nature of our technology, we work directly with the farmer via on-farm visits and data-driven tools to ensure success.THE POSITIONAs we enter a new phase in the New Zealand market, we are now recruiting for a Territory Manager to join our world-class, purpose-driven team, and challenge the status quo in our pursuit of excellence and innovation in animal health.The Territory Manager role is to consult commercially and technically with farmers in the Waikato, with both existing customers and cold calling. Utilising your background to build relationships with farmers on the health of their herds, you will understand farmers' health challenges and consult to provide proactive and preventative health solutions utilising our innovative portfolio centred around Quorum Sensing.We are ushering in a new era of animal health. Are you with us?RESPONSIBILITIESProviding advice and guidance to dairy farmers on AHV concepts.Identifying and developing new business prospects whilst maintaining established accounts to ensure ongoing business delivery & growth opportunities are recognised.Achieving revenue & client retention targets.Maintain and manage an active prospect list of all potential customers in an assigned area that will be called on regularly.Working collaboratively as part of a self-organized, decentralized team.Complete all customer requisitions in a timely & accurate manner.Managing product/stock levels.Stay abreast of product developments & market trends.Availability to travel locally, regionally and nationally as needed.The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of the organization.IDEAL CRITERIAKnowledge of, or experience in, the agricultural sector ideally within the Dairy industry.Previous field sales experience, minimum 12 months.Exemplary communication skills.Growth mindset.Clean Valid driving licence.IT literate.Self-motivated with a drive for results.Ability to work both independently and in a team.OUR OFFERAHV (Animal Health Vision) is a fast-growing company, based in The Netherlands, that offers farmers proactive and preventative health solutions.
