About the Role:
Are you a driven and customer-focused professional with a passion for sales and technical solutions? We're seeking a Territory Manager to develop and drive sales success across the Otago and Southland regions. In this role, you'll acquire new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and deliver innovative solutions to key markets, including industrial, commercial, and marine sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Build strong relationships with existing clients and target new business opportunities.
Manage CRM (Sales Force), sales reports, and prospect pipelines.
Conduct regular client visits, identify needs, and promote new products.
Prepare tenders and supply contracts, focusing on cost savings and project KPIs.
Provide day-to-day pricing and quotations within authorisation limits.
Deliver technical knowledge to support and add value to customers.
What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years in technical sales, ideally in the lubricants, or engineering realm.
Proven account management and sales experience.
Strong computer literacy in spreadsheets, databases, and word processing.
Working knowledge of financial parameters.
Engineering or mechanical trade background is preferred.
Qualification in industrial engineering or heavy-duty mechanical trades is advantageous.
