Territory Manager

Responsibilities

Abide by EH&S regulations

Ensure profitability of the business by achieving monthly targets

Monitor the performance of Distributors and Direct accounts, and find missed opportunities.

Ensure the territory is effectively serviced by Distributors whilst working closely with them to achieve sales targets and new Business wins.

Ensure the company is regarded as an expert and market leader in the Refinish field

Undertake training activities for distributors and staff

Sales reporting

Manage all relevant expense areas

Qualifications

Trade qualification in the Refinish industry is an advantage

Practical knowledge and use of refinishing products are a must

Time management, and organizational skills

Previous experience with competitor products would be an advantage.

Demonstrated sales experience.

Strong customer focus.

Strong communication is a must
