100% New Zealand owned and based in Christchurch, Swanndri is retailed in more than 1,500 retail stores across the full spectrum of market channels, including company-owned retail stores, e-commerce, export and domestic wholesale. If successful, you will be joining the business at an exciting time as the company continues to expand into international markets.
The Role Retaining positive commercial relationships with our extensive customer base, while also developing new business across multiple sales channels in the South Island. The role will require you to manage the territory by implementing regular call and visitation cycles to provide effective merchandising to prescribed brand standards, product and merchandise training, and a solution-focused sales approach.
The Candidate You will ideally be an experienced apparel retail salesperson looking to enter the wholesale world, or you will be an existing sales representative or territory manager. You will be a 'road warrior' with knowledge how to plan an effective and efficient weekly schedule.
You will have strong knowledge of sales processes, outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. You will also have an analytical mind to support strong organisation skills and commercial awareness.

Previous experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office is a requirement. CRM software system knowledge along with apparel experience is desirable but not essential.
