What you will enjoy doing
You take ownership of the region's growth and retention strategy, including volume targets and margin setting, strategic customer planning, and implement and maintain a structured call cycle and sales pipeline.
Maintaining a high level of customer-focused activity, be out on the road serving your key customers as much as possible.
In addition, collaborating closely with local branch staff, fellow sales team members across the region, and industry stakeholders, to build a supporting network.
Furthermore, customer management: Deliver market-leading service and support to Elgas' high-value commercial customers in your region.
Maintaining relevant data in our system and producing coherent reports that demonstrate your knowledge and strategic plan for your region.

You have demonstrated sales experience from any industry.

Your strong desire to serve customers, motivation to deliver a high level of daily activity, and a passion for sales will aid you well in this position.

In addition, you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent personal presentation.
Furthermore, you are able to work independently with minimum supervision with excellent abilities to time manage and prioritize.
A clean and valid driver's license is a must-have.
