About the role We're a New Zealand family owned business that imports & distributes a wide range of PPE & Packaging products, we're passionate, motivated & determine to carry on the growth we've been experiencing since the inception of the company over 20 years ago.
We sell into a range of industries including Foodservice & Hospitality.Cleaning & Hygiene.Manufacturing.Healthcare.Industrial.Safety.
As part of our growth plans, we're on the hunt for a proactive, results driven, values aligned Territory Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts in the Auckland region.
In this role you will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, execute new sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth for the company.
What you'll be doing Proactively manage a portfolio of existing accounts and bring on new accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your territory, expanding the customer base.Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and budget objectives.Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.Ability to be a Hunter & Farmer across all levels, small, medium & corporate both existing & new customers.What we're looking for Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts in a sales or account management role.Proven track record of landing large business opportunities / contracts with new customers.Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to identify and address customer needs.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.Relevant industry experience.What we offer We are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
