BOC Limited New Zealand Territory Manager Ellerslie, New Zealand | req18231 An excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional: What You Will Enjoy Doing You own the region's growth and retention strategy, including volume targets and margin setting, strategic customer planning, and implement and maintain a structured call cycle and sales pipeline. Maintain a high level of customer-focused activities, serving key customers as much as possible. Customer Management: Deliver market-leading service and support to BOC high-value commercial customers in your region. Generating New Business: Take the lead in identifying, developing, and commercializing new customers. Collaborate closely with local branch staff, fellow sales team members across the region, and industry stakeholders to build a supporting network. Maintain relevant data in our CRM system and produce coherent reports that demonstrate your knowledge and strategic plan for your region. What Makes You Great Demonstrated sales experience. A desire to work for a global organization that offers career advancement, training, and coaching opportunities. Strong desire to serve customers, motivation to deliver a high level of daily activity, and a passion for sales. Enjoy being out of the office in front of people, taking initiative, and being a self-starter with excellent time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and personal presentation. Able to work independently with minimum supervision, with excellent abilities to time manage and prioritize. Desire to own your region's success, be responsible for significant customer revenue, and be empowered to 'do the deal'. A clean and valid driver's license is a must-have.
