Territory Manager

Responsibilities
Abide by EH&S regulations Ensure profitability of the business by achieving monthly targetsMonitor the performance of Distributors and Direct accounts, and find missed opportunities.Ensure the territory is effectively serviced by Distributors whilst working closely with them to achieve sales targets and new Business wins.Ensure the company is regarded as an expert and market leader in the Refinish field Undertake training activities for distributors and staff Sales reporting Manage all relevant expense areas

Qualifications
Trade qualification in the Refinish industry is an advantagePractical knowledge and use of refinishing products are desirable Time management, and organizational skillsPrevious experience with competitor products would be an advantage.Demonstrated sales experience.Strong customer focus.Strong communication is a must
