About the Role Work autonomously to increase sales by building strong and lasting professional relationships.
Cover a territory across South Auckland and Waikato, promoting and educating customers on an extensive basket of products.
Through good planning and organisation along with your sales ability, you will meet KPIs and sales targets.
With a full home office set up, there will be some requirement to attend meetings and training sessions in Auckland.
Duties Include : Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring a mutually profitable business partnership Provide customers with exceptional customer service as the key contact for your territory Territory is across Auckland South and the Waikato - up to 2-3 nights away a week Host and attend training sessions in Auckland often out of core business hours Some national and international travel for conferences required Provide monthly feedback and sales forecasting reports including market information Work to established call schedules with clients graded according to potential Multitask various client and company requirements in a continuously changing business environment Skills & Experience A strong understanding of the dental space, the technologies, terminologies and products is essential Proven sales experience and customer service skills would be an advantage Good organisational skills adept at all facets of managing a territory Resilience and a commitment to take on knowledge and grow professionally Strong influencing, negotiation and persuasion skills Excellent interpersonal communication skills including the ability to build rapport, take initiative and use your superior listening skills to your advantage Be willing to travel with regular overnight requirements - can be based from South Auckland or Waikato Benefits Competitive base salary + commission An established territory with current orders already coming in Business tools including phone and company vehicle Work with a team of colleagues across NZ and AUS who are specialists in their field Festive and New Year shut down period Don't miss this great opportunity to expand your horizons and join a brilliant, well respected team.
