Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager – Grocery, we have an opportunity to engage your creative thinking and customer-centric approach to maximise commercial opportunities for our Non-alcoholic portfolio. You will have total ownership for our Better Drinks Co. customer base in Palmerston North, New Plymouth and Hawkes Bay.Must be able to commit to 2-3 overnight stays per month as required.Key ResponsibilitiesVisiting customers as per call scheduleBuilding strong commercial connections with your instore buyers and ownersGrowing your Grocery base through targeting existing successful competitor business, expanding TBDC range, selling in TBDC new product developments and executing in store trading termsUtilising your commercial acumen to create tailored win-win beverage solutions for our customers and drive distribution across the region.About YouDemonstrated sales experience within FMCG channel is preferableA strong communicator who builds memorable relationships with their customersSelf-motivated with impeccable time management, high attention to detail and a willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' to get the job doneStrong administration skills and ability to plan is essential to deal with a workload and follow upA valid (and clean) NZ drivers licenceAsahi Beverages is a leading beverage organisation with a rich and varied history.
