The New Zealand branch is focused on expanding its reach, aiming to increase turnover from $4 million to $6-7 million through the establishment of a new sales team structure.About the Role:We are seeking two Territory Coordinators to join the team, responsible for building relationships with existing accounts and generating new business across the North Island.
The role will primarily focus on the northern and southern regions of Auckland, as well as key areas including Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington, and other growth regions.In this autonomous, business-to-business sales role, you will visit trade businesses and large retailers, particularly electrical wholesalers.
Your main responsibilities will include driving sales, managing client relationships, ensuring product stocking, and conducting regular site visits.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with key clients, primarily targeting electrical wholesalers and large trade retailers.Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, promoting products, and closing deals.Conduct 10-15 client visits/calls daily to ensure customer satisfaction and product stocking.Monitor stock levels, assist with reorders, and ensure products are well represented at client locations.Collaborate with the distribution facility to ensure efficient delivery and stock management.Meet and exceed KPIs related to sales targets, customer engagement, and stocking levels.Travel independently to various locations across the North Island, including key metropolitan and regional areas.Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally with a background in the trade or construction industries.Experience selling to trade wholesalers, electrical wholesalers, or large retailers is highly advantageous.Strong sales acumen, with the ability to build rapport and drive business growth.Self-motivated, autonomous, and comfortable with travel.Ability to manage and prioritize a busy schedule, ensuring client needs are met efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A trade background is advantageous, but not essential.KPIs/Targets:10-15 client visits and calls per day.Maintaining stock levels and ensuring products are available for reorder.Achieving set sales targets and building long-term client relationships.Benefits:Competitive salary package ranging from $60,000 - $80,000.Company vehicle, fully maintained.10-15% performance-based bonus.KiwiSaver contribution.
